Listing video
Our horizontal listing film combines interior and exterior ground-level footage with drone footage in one finished video, up to 90 seconds. Our vertical social reel is a separate ground-level edit, up to 60 seconds. Both include editing and licensed music. Prefer to edit your own posts? Our clip library delivers 20–30 graded vertical clips. Add Agent Feature to put the listing agent on camera.

Aerial photography + video
Choose 6 or 12 professionally edited drone photos. For video-only aerial coverage, choose one finished drone video up to 60 seconds. The aerial photo + video package includes 6 edited drone photos and that separate aerial video.

What services do you offer?
Listing photography, vertical social reels, social clip libraries, Agent Feature on-camera shots, horizontal listing films, drone photos and video, 2D floor plans, Zillow 3D and Matterport tours, on-site twilight, virtual twilight and virtual staging. Choose a package or individual services from the pricing section.
How does property size affect the price?
Add $50 for 2,501–4,000 sq ft or $100 for 4,001–5,500 sq ft. One size adjustment applies per appointment, including packages. Larger properties need a custom quote. Travel and special scope are confirmed before booking.
When will my media be ready?
Video delivery is targeted for 1–2 days after capture. Photo delivery and special edits are confirmed before booking. Tell us your launch date; longer videos, revisions or special requests may need more time.
How should the property be prepared?
Finish cleaning and staging before arrival. Clear counters, conceal personal items, turn on working lights, open window coverings and move vehicles away from the front. Let us know about access instructions and any rooms that should be excluded.
What happens if weather or access changes?
Tell us as soon as possible if access or timing changes. Exterior coverage may need to be rescheduled for suitable conditions. Any rescheduling terms and additional costs should be agreed before booking.
How can the images be used?
Delivery includes MLS-ready and high-resolution versions. The intended listing and marketing use, licensing scope and any third-party use must be confirmed in the booking agreement.
Does listing video include drone footage?
Yes. The $325 horizontal listing film includes interior and exterior ground-level footage and drone footage in one finished video up to 90 seconds. The $645 Photos + Film package includes that film, 40 listing photos and 6 separate edited drone photos. The $175 vertical social reel uses ground-level footage. Drone photo sets and the standalone aerial-only video are separate services.
Do I need to provide video references?
No. Our standard edit uses clear property coverage, natural color, licensed music and straightforward pacing. If you have a reference you like, share its link before the shoot. We’ll confirm any extra filming or editing before booking.
Does this form confirm a booking?
No. The form prepares an email request. You send it from your email app, and we confirm availability and pricing by reply. Your appointment is booked only after confirmation.

The first price is when booked with photography. Standalone prices include the $75 video-only appointment fee.
Reels and films include licensed music and one round of minor revisions. Clip libraries are color-graded, stabilized clips for you or your social media manager to edit. Extra formats, scripts and longer edits are quoted.
